Newmark Natam was established in 1985 as the “Natam Group”, and is now operating as a Global Partner of Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc., (‘Newmark’), a world leader in commercial real estate (CRE). Landlord Services operates in the service of property owners in the areas of property management and operation, alongside business services together designed to maximize the value of the property as a yielding asset for its owners. As a result, we manage to maintain a high occupancy rate in buildings under management and a wide mix of marketing projects in a variety of areas, locations and conditions.

The investment division offers a variety of investment options, and operates services in two sectors:

An investment department that assists investors in the purchase of income-generating assets or assets for personal use. The activity process includes characterizing needs, locating the investment, analyzing alternatives and checking the final deal.

NatamInvest operates as an investment house for profitable real estate in Israel, in the processes of purchasing, improving management and realization of profitable assets in the fields of offices, logistics and industry.
